Residents must either live in or own a 1-4 family property in Lawrence, Andover or North Andover and meet income eligibility.

Renew participants will work with our project facilitators, who support you through the program and ensure you have access to all available programs. We offer this service in English and Spanish. If you don't qualify for the Renew program, we'll review your application to recommend other programs.
